We stayed in Little Hanoi Hostel and loved it! Located in the old quarter of Hanoi and is situated close to all of the popular attractions. They handled our day trip to Ha Long Bay and reserved transportation to and from the airport. The front desk was beyond attentive to our needs or concerns and accommodated with compassion, can't recommend it enough.
